Catalog setup overview
The reference lists that stock forms pick from, and the order to fill them in.
The laptop form is mostly drop-downs. Those lists are the catalog. Fill it once, then maintain it.

TIP
Catalog data is loaded when the app starts and cached. If a colleague adds something and you do not see it, use the list's refresh button or reload the page.
