Brands, series, models & generations
The identification hierarchy for laptops and processors.
All five live under Brands / Models. Each page is a list on the left and an add/edit side panel on the right (for users who may add or edit).

Order of entry#
- Brands (laptop brands in the Laptop category; processor and GPU makers in their own categories).
- Series under a brand, then Models under a series.
- CPU Series under a processor brand; Generations.
The laptop form lists only brands whose category is Laptop; series and models narrow as you choose.
Working with the lists#
Search covers name, category, brand and series as relevant. Select rows to delete several at a time. Changes refresh the product lists because names appear on laptop records.
