Financial statements
Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Trial Balance.
All figures are computed on the server from posted journal entries; the screen only displays them. Reversed entries stay in with their mirror.
Profit & Loss#
Accounting → Profit & Loss (603). Defaults to the current month; choose another period.

Revenue − Cost of Goods Sold − Operating Expenses = Net profit, with key metrics. Revenue is credit-normal (Cr − Dr); expenses are debit-normal (Dr − Cr).
Balance Sheet#
Accounting → Balance Sheet (602) — Assets = Liabilities + Equity as of a chosen date (Balance Sheet As Of).

- Account balances come from the journal.
- Inventory is overridden with the product-based valuation (what stock you actually hold at cost).
- Accounts Receivable is overridden with live outstanding sales.
- 3999 Current Period Earnings is the residual that balances the sheet — which equals profit from sold products under v1's cost-at-purchase design.
Trial Balance#
Reports → Accounting → Trial Balance lists every account's debit and credit and proves they match.
Others#
Outlet P&L (per branch), Cash Book, Accounts Receivable / Payable with ageing, customer and vendor statements — see the report catalogue. Every statement can be printed.
