Every status a record can have and what changes it.
Laptops and stock items#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending QC | Just added; not yet checked |
| Testing | Being checked |
| Ready / Available | On the floor, can be sold |
| Reserved | Held for a shop customer |
| Moved | Sent to another outlet |
| Sold | On a sales invoice |
| In Warranty / Out Warranty | Sold, with warranty open or closed |
| Damaged / Defective / Scrap | Not sellable |
| Returned | Returned to the vendor |
| Out of Stock | A quantity item with nothing left (shown automatically) |
Invoices#

| Bounced | Cheque returned unpaid |
