Sourced items
Items bought from an outside shop to complete a customer's order.
Purchase → Sourced Items (sourceditems.view) records something you buy from another shop for a customer — a part you do not stock.

Add new (sourceditems.create):
- What was bought — the item, category, quantity and the shop it came from.
- Mode
- Resale — you set your own selling price per unit.
- Reimbursed — the customer pays your cost plus a service fee: price = (cost + fee) ÷ quantity.
- Payment & price — total cost paid, payment method, outlet, optional receipt photo.
Saving creates a stock item (code SI-<yyMMdd>-<nnn>) and posts stock in / money out. Add it to the customer's invoice like any other product; stock, returns and profit work as usual.
Once any quantity is invoiced, the cost, price and void are locked. The Sourced items report shows each item's cost, sale and margin.
