Signing in
Sign in, password rules, forgotten passwords and sessions.
Open your shop's Lapitap address and sign in with your username or email and password.
- Trust this device keeps you signed in on this browser. Leave it off on shared computers.
- After several wrong passwords the account is locked for a while. The message never says whether the username or the password was wrong.
- Forgot password? emails a reset link to the address stored on your account. The link works once and expires.
Password rules#
A password needs at least 10 characters, three of lowercase / uppercase / numbers / symbols, and must not be a common password, a run such as aaaa or 1234, or contain your name or username. The form shows the strength as you type.
If your account still uses a default or temporary password, v2 asks you to set a new password before anything else.
Your profile#
The person icon at the bottom of the sidebar opens Profile: name, contact details and Change password. You can also sign out every other session from there.
