Finding your way
Sidebar, top bar, lists, the scan tray and shortcuts.
Sidebar#
Areas in order: Dashboard, Sales, Purchase, Laptops, Products, Inventory, Accounting, Reports, then set-up (Categories, Brands / Models, Components, Software, Outlets, Users, Settings…). You only see what your role allows. The bottom card shows the installed version and a Check button for updates.
On a phone or small tablet the sidebar is hidden: tap the menu button at the top left to open it; choosing a page closes it again.
Top bar#
The page title, the notifications bell, the power adapter / cable notice when laptops are waiting for one, and the light / dark switch.
Lists#
Every list has the same toolbar:

| Add new | Opens the form or workshop for a new record |
| Filter pills | Status filters, e.g. Pending · Paid |
| Date | Sales, purchases, payments and returns default to today — widen the range to see older records |
Search (Ctrl K) |

| Prints the filtered list |
When a filter hides everything, the empty page says so and tells you how many records exist in total.
Click a row to open its details on the right; the ⋯ menu holds row actions (edit, delete, pay, verify…).
Scan tray#
A USB barcode scanner works on any page. Scanned laptops collect in the tray (top bar): add them to the sale cart, reserve them for a shop customer, or queue barcode labels to print.
Keyboard#
Ctrl K focuses the search box; Esc closes the open panel or workshop. The keyboard icon in the sidebar lists every shortcut.
